Yin & Meditation
This practice creates powerful possibilities for transformation and holistic healing within the mind, body and spirit as we experience combining mindfulness meditation and Yin Yoga. Yin postures are used with a slow and steady approach, held in stillness with passive, long holds while allowing the connective tissues to become flexible and mobile. Creating space within the body and clarity in the mind through meditation, we calm our energy. This class works on the whole self for optimal well-being.

Aerial Yoga
Aerial yoga helps you to move more freely by counteracting gravity. Suspension in the air releases tension, while encouraging decompression of the spine, and creating traction throughout your joints. This practice will increase your mobility, and is the perfect compliment to your mat practice, as we explore traditional postures in the silks. Aerial yoga strengthens core muscles and increases your pull strength.
A t-shirt is highly recommended for this class to ensure armpits are covered and protected.
