Booking Policy
If you are sick, or feeling unwell in any way, please stay home. Make it a priority to look after yourself and to prevent others getting sick.
You can either book your class ahead of time, or simply show up to the studio. We look forward to seeing you!
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel your class if you can no longer make it to allow another student to practice. Cancellation fees may apply.
Refund & Holds Policy
All passes are non-refundable, and non-transferrable.
Punch/pass cards can be shared with a spouse or direct family member only, not friends.
Passes can only be put on hold if you are on a Monthly Auto-Renew Membership Pass.
Workshops/Teacher Trainings/Courses/Privates
Private Sessions - a 50% non refundable deposit is required to book all private sessions, plus a credit card on file.
Workshops/Events/Courses - 100% is paid up front when you book your spot. We will refund 100% of your workshop cost, 1 month prior to the event. We will refund 50% of your workshop cost, 2 weeks prior to the event. We will not issue a refund if you cancel your workshop less than 2 weeks prior to the event.
Teacher Trainings - Deposit’s are non-refundable. Trainings/Courses must be paid in full by 4 weeks before the start date. Within 2 months of the training start date, we can offer a 50% refund on anything you have paid on top of the deposit. Anything less than 2 months of the start date, there will be no refunds. Special circumstances can be discussed.
