This course is designed to help prepare you for a beautiful birth experience, with roots in HypnoBirthing. We will spend time focusing on various breath awareness techniques that are effective for pain management and hormonal release at different phases of labour.
We will also learn why it is important to surrender during the final phases of pregnancy, how to create a positive birth environment and how your support team can be fully involved by being your anchor and having the tools to empower them while supporting you.
In each 2 hour class, we will begin each practice with 15 minutes of prenatal yoga to connect you with your body, breath and baby. No previous experience in yoga is necessary.
Also, recorded yoga, breath work and meditation classes will be yours to keep and take away to use whenever you need throughout your pregnancy.
Investment: $395 + GST for 3 weeks
