This 11 hour training will not only nourish and nurture your body, mind and spirit but also provide a safe, supportive and healing space to harness the wisdom of becoming an Aerial Yin Teacher or deepening your connection to the immense benefits of aerial yin. As you float in aerial silks, we learn to create a deeply transformative experience with your connection to self. This style of aerial yoga utilizes a low hammock, which makes it uniquely accessible to those who cannot access a standard aerial class.
Learn the postures from a yin yoga practice using aerial hammocks to create the sensation of being held and supported. Explore deep stretches that allow you to fully open and release tension from your joints, ligaments, connective tissue and create a sense of freedom within your mind.
Cradled by the silks, Hayley guides you through breathwork and meditation to anchor you into the practice.
We explore the basic principles of yin yoga and how to apply them in an aerial yin practice.
No previous aerial yoga experience or flexibility required, the goal is that everyone feels comfortable and supported in their practice.
This training is open to anyone looking to dive into an aerial yin practice or become an Aerial Yin Yoga Teacher - prerequisite to teach is a 200 hour YTT.
