Hayley Molina will guide you through your Reiki Level 1.
1st Degree Reiki allows deep healing to begin, not only empowering you in your own journey, but allows you to share healing with others. Learn to truly love yourself! Time allotted for guided practice sessions to gain comfort in working with this healing energy. At the end of this course you will be able to administer hands on Reiki treatments to others and yourself and have a basic understanding of the energy body. A one hour Chakra Restorative class will be included on the Saturday evening with a guided meditation to help you connect and be attuned to your own chakras as you explore your mind, body and spirit. This is a 2 day training.
