This 90 minute workshop for YOU!
Our newest instructor, Jessica Gilpin, will use her 5 years of full time teaching experience to explain and demonstrate the 5 Basic Principles of STOTT Pilates in detail with regards to YOUR unique body. She will then guide you through a 60min workout applying those principles, challenging both your mind and your body. By the end of the workshop, you'll have better mind-muscle control, improved form and proprioception, as well as deeper confidence about what pilates is and how it can transform your life. And if you still have questions, Jessica will answer using her knowledge gained during her training as a physiotherapist assistant.
You'll then be able to take all of your newfound knowledge into your yoga practice, onto the ski hill, into the office, or back to your pilates mat!
